To avoid mixing the flavors of your cheeses, you should keep them in their original packaging and wrap them separately after each meal.
If the temperature allows it, we recommend keeping your cheeses out of the fridge, under an adequately sized cheese cover. The cover keeps in the humidity of the cheeses, giving better retention of flavor and texture. If not, keep them in the bottom of the fridge, where it is least cold.
If you want to keep soft and mould rind cheeses out of the fridge, leave them in their original packaging, wrapped in a damp cloth.
Whatever you do, avoid exposing your cheeses to extremes of heat or cold.
