Directions:
- Dip a knife in
hot water and slice thegoat
cheese into
six equal rounds. Place one round on each
piece of toasted bread, and top with about
1 tsp. of quince paste. Sprinkle with toasted
almonds and dust with cinnamon.
*You can use any sweet bread or crackers
you like for this recipe. Try Brioche, date
bread or a crispy flatbread.
