Directions:
Wisk eggs,
milk and spices together. Sauté mushrooms
for 2 minutes in olive oil. Pour eggs into 8” skillet
sprayed with cooking spray over medium heat. Tilt
pan back and forth stirring eggs with bottom of
fork held just about pan bottom. When eggs are
almost set place filling and cheese on half of
omelet, fold. Remove and allow cheese to melt. Makes
1 omelet. |
