Methods/steps

* Create a tray of chunked cheeses and cut-up fruits.

* For a unique presentation, leave the rinds on the fruits for ease in picking up and eating.

* Make sure you thoroughly wash all fruit when leaving the rind on. Fruits that change color when exposed to air may be dunked in a bowl of lemon water prior to plating.

* Serve with a selection of fine crackers.
