Reheat the 3 purees in a microwave oven. Meanwhile, peel the Saint Albray and divide it into 8 wide strips. Cut the ham into strips.
Place two tablespoons of each of the 3 purees in each of the 4 plates, parallel to each other.
Place a strip of Saint Albray between the 3 purees and sprinkle with strips of ham. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
You may prepare this recipe with other pureed vegetables, spinach or artichokes, for example. You may buy them from the frozen food or the fresh fruit and vegetables section of the supermarket.
