At a glance
Ready-to-bake pizza dough
2 tomatoes
Basil leaves
Salt and pepper
9 oz of grated cheese
1 Buchette Ile de France (goat cheese)
2 slices of ham
Olive oil
1 pineapple
8.5 fl oz tomato sauce

Preheat oven to 400° F.

Place the dough on a rectangular plate. At about 1/2 inch from the edge of the dough, use your fingers to press the dough around the circumference so that the sauce does not drip.

Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough. Then, spread the grated cheese.

Cut the ham slices into small squares and scatter them over the dough. Peel the pineapple and cut into thick slices. Cut each thick slice into 4 pieces. Spread them on the pizza.

Chop the basil leaves and put them on the pastry with a drizzle of olive oil. Salt and pepper.

Finally, cut 8 thin slices of Ile de France goat cheese and arrange them around the edges of the pizza.

Monitor while the pizza bakes, 15 minutes.
