Tomato and Ile de France Camembert Pie

*1 Ile de France Camembert
*1 sheet of prepared dough
*4 tomatoes
*1 tablespoon of mustard
*2 tablespoons of chopped parsley


Preheat the oven to 400° F. Roll out the dough and place on a garnished pie plate. Prick the bottom with a fork. Brush with mustard.

*Cut the tomatoes into thin slices and arrange them on the dough. Bake for 15 minutes.

*Cut the Camembert into slices. Remove the tart from the oven (leave the oven on). Arrange the slices of Camembert on top of the tomato slices and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

*Bake for an additional 10 minutes.

*Remove from oven and allow to slightly cool before serving.

Additional Tips

You may also add the Camembert slices at the start of cooking. Your pie will be less presentable, but just as tasty ...
