8 slices Ile de France Brie cheese, halved
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp sweet chili sauce
1 cup chopped red grapes
1 Tbsp minced green onion
1 Tbsp bacon bits
1 Tbsp chopped pistachio nuts
1 Tbsp snipped parsley
garnish- lime zest


Place the bread slices on a baking sheet. Lay on a piece of Brie and broil 3 minutes or till the cheese begins to melt and the bread is toasted. Heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium high heat. Add the vinegar, chili sauce and grapes. Cook, stirring till the juices thicken to a syrupy consistency. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Top each baguette with grape mixture. Garnish with zest. Makes 16 festive holiday appetizers.
