Saint Albray Vegetable Gratin

7 oz. of Saint Albray
1 1/3 lbs. potatoes bintje
1.5 lbs. of broccoli florets
3 carrots
6 oz. cooked ham
1/2 bunch parsley
Coarse salt, pepper


Preheat oven to 180 ° C (gas mark 6).

Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes about 3cm per side. Peel the carrots and cut, maintaining their round shape.

Remove the stalks and break the broccoli down into florets. Cook the diced potatoes, broccoli florets and sliced carrots together in boiling, salted water. Simmer 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, dice the cooked ham. Drain the vegetables. Then, pour into a baking dish. Pepper. Add the diced ham and sprinkle with parsley.

Peel the Saint Albray Ligne & Plaisir, slice it into strips. Arrange them on the dish and bake 5 minutes.

Additional Tips

- Add other vegetables to this dish, cauliflower and leeks (sliced), for example.
