Directions Preheat Oven to 375. To make crust, stir together graham cracker crumbs and sugar, add melted butter and place in to a 9-inch pan. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool. Reduce the oven temperature to 300. Mix cheeses in a large mixing bowl. Gradually add 1 cup sugar and mix until fluffy. Add 2 grated lemon peel and vanilla. Mix in eggs, one at a time and then stir in strawberries. Pour into the shell and bake for about 1 hour, or until the center is set. Let cool for about an hour, then let chill until firm. To top, mix whipped cream and 2 cups of fresh sliced strawberries. Spread on top of cheesecake.
