Preparation time: 10-20 minutes + 20-25 min. to bake
* 8 purple figs
* 3 cups powdered sugar
* 3 eggs
* 1 small wheel of Pié d’Angloys cheese
* 3 Tbsp. fresh cream
* 8 fresh mint leaves
* ½ cup slivered almonds
* Whisk the sugar and eggs together.
* Add the Pié d’Angloy cheese, fresh cream and chopped mint leaves.
* Open figs into petals and put 2 into each of 4 ramekins.
* Cover the figs with the Pié d’Angloys mixture.
* Sprinkle with slivered almonds.
* Bake 20-25 minutes at 400°F for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
