Exotic lamb burger with Herbed Brie
Plain, boring burgers are a thing of the past one you've experienced the exotic flavors in our Moroccan burger. Feel free to substitute ground beef or meatloaf mix for the lamb, if you wish. Serve burger with lemon wedges and top with slivered Kalamata olives.

1 ¾ Lbs. lean ground lamb,
½ Cup pitted Kalamata olives, chopped
¼ Cup chopped fresh mint
1 Tbsp. fresh grated lemon zest
1 ½ Tsp. ground cumin
¼ Tsp. ground allspice
¾ Tbs. salt
½ Tsp. freshly ground black pepper
8 oz.Ile de France Herbed Brie Cheese, sliced ¼ " thick
½ Medium English cucumber, thinly sliced
½ Cup Hummus, plain or flavored
1-Preheat grill or grill pan over medium high-heat. Oil grates right before using. In a large bowl, mix together lamb, olives, mint, lemon zest, cumin, allspice, salt and pepper just until combined. Shape into 6 patties, about 4"in diameter.
2-Grill burgers 5-7 minutes per side or until just cooked through (internal temperature should read 160°F on instant read thermometer). Top with sliced Brie, turn off heat and let stand 2-4 minutes until cheese just begins to soften.
3-Cut off 1"from each pita. Spread 1½ Tbsp. hummus on bottom half of each pita. Arrange cucumber slices over hummus and top with burgers.
