* 2 cups cooked white hominy grits
* 4 Tbsp. unsalted butter, cut into pieces
* 16 oz. Chaumes®
* 1/2 tsp. salt
* 1/4 tsp. onion powder
* 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
* 1/4 tsp. Tabasco® sauce
* 1/2 cup cream
* 11/2 cup milk
* 3 eggs


* Cook grits according to package directions. Preheat oven to 350°F. Add butter, cheese, and seasonings to the grits.

* Mix the cream, milk, and eggs together and stir into the grits mixture. Pour into a greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan and bake for 1 hour or until golden and puffed.
