Zucchini Soup with Camembert & Parsley

Ile de France Camembert: ½ wheel
Zucchini: 21 oz
Olive oil: 3 tablespoons
Onions: 1/2
Chervil (parsley): ½ bunch


Rinse and cut the zucchini into pieces.
Mince the onions.
In a saucepan with olive oil, saute for 5 minutes.
Add water.
Cover and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
Then, add the chervil. Gradually add the camembert to the preparation, stirring until velvety. Season to taste.
Serve hot or cold.
