Brie, Bacon & Apple

At a glance
4 oz Ile de France Brie
8 slices Wheat bread
4 slices bacon
1 apple
4 Teaspoons Mango Chutney
Lettuce leaves


Cut the bacon slices in half, cook them for 2-3 minutes in a dry pan.

Using a large cookie cutter heart-shaped, cut 8 hearts in the wheat bread slices and toast them.

Cut the Ile de France Brie into 8 slices. Wash and cut the green apple with its skin into very thin slices.

Spread mango chutney on 4 wheat bread hearts. Place a few lettuce leaves on it and a slice of Brie, slice of bacon, sliced green apples and finish with a slice of Brie. Place the other wheat bread hearts on them and savor immediately.
