Brie with Ham & Tomato

8 oz Ile de France Brie
8 slices whole wheat bread
4 slices Cooked ham
4 Tomatoes
1.5 oz sprouts
2 Tablespoons ketchup
4 Gherkins
1 Tablespoon Caper
1 Teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 Pinch Salt
1 Pinch Pepper


Toast the slices of wheat bread. Mix the mustard, the chopped gherkins and the chopped capers. Add salt and pepper. Spread this mixture on one side of the 4 slices of bread. Then, divide the tomatoes that you previously cut into thin slices. Add ham, slices of Ile de France Brie and the sprouts. Spread the ketchup on the remaining 4 slices of bread and place them on top. Cut the sandwiches into 4. Finally, add half a slice of Ile de France Brie on each bite and hold them with a toothpick.
