Caramelized Camembert Baked Potato

At a glance
1 Ile de France Camembert
4 large apples
2 thin slices of cured ham
1 tbsp. of pine
1.5 oz of walnuts
1.5 oz of powdered sugar
Some lemon juice


Preheat the oven to 400° F. Cut the Camembert into 8 pieces. Thinly slice the cured ham. Crush the walnuts.

Carefully hollow the apples in their center. Place them in a baking dish. Fill them with the Camembert, ham slices, pine and the walnuts. (Reserve some walnuts for the salad.) Bake 25 min.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool to a moderate temperature. Prepare the caramel, combining the powdered sugar and lemon juice, with a little water. Coat the baked apples with the caramel mixture. Serve immediately with salad, seasoned with cider vinegar, sprinkled with walnuts.
