Mix all of the ingredients together until well blended.
Place 1 heaping teaspoon or more of the mixture in the middle of the wonton wrapper.
Brush the edges of the wonton wrapper with water.
Fold the wrapper over to make a triangular shape; press edges together so air does not get in during frying.
Fry in oil until golden brown.
Remove the wontons from the oil and place on paper towel to drain and cool.
