Dice the chicken breasts. Grill them in a pan. Salt and pepper.
Meanwhile, cut the apple into very thin slices. Chop the mint leaves.
Layer lasagna sheets at the bottom of the dish. Then, add a layer composed of the thin slices of apple, mint leaves and a half portion of Ile de France Goat Cheese.
Again, layer the lasagna sheets.
Add a layer of chicken. Mix and add the whipped cream and milk.
Layer with another lasagna sheets.
Finish with a layer of goat cheese, honey, salt and top with grated gruyere cheese.
Bake at 400°F for 25 to 30 minutes.
