Wash and cut the zucchini and onion into rings. Fry about 20 min. with the herbs de Provence, salt and pepper. Add a little water to dilute the fat. Then, add the Ile de France Goat Cheese. Simmer for about 5 min
Prepare the white sauce with butter, milk, flour, salt and pepper
Rub the bottom of a dish with olive oil, layer 2 sheets of lasagna, a layer of the zucchini mixture, then the white sauce. Repeat once. Finish with a layer of lasagna sheets, white sauce and grated cheese.
Bake for 30 min. at 400 °F.
