In spring, stick to a board of cool, pale-coloured cheeses presented on a crisp white tablecloth. As the days get warmer, offer portions from a variety of cheeses, such as Roquefort, goat cheese, Brie or Camembert. Accompany them with wholemeal bread and wholegrain crackers, as well as seasonal vegetables. A small floral touch will ensure your cheeseboard radiates spring.
