  • Ingredients:
  • 1 piecrust
  • 8 oz. of St. Nectaire
  • 3-4Tomatoes
  • Salt, pepper, Cayenne pepper,
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Butter
  • A few black olives
Direction

  • Take a piecrust.
  • Put down 8 oz. of thinly sliced St. Nectaire cheese onto into crust.
  • Cover the cheese with a layer of thinly sliced tomatoes.
  • Season with salt, pepper and add a very small piece of Cayenne pepper.
  • Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and chopped black olives.
  • Dot with several pats of butter. Then bake1/2 hour in a hot oven.
  • Serve hot or cold with a bottle of Bordeaux.
