* 4 slices of Parma ham
* 12 sun-dried tomatoes
* 3.5 oz. St. Agur

Methods/steps

* Cut the slices of ham into 3 strips lengthwise, and spread them out on a board.
* Put on each slice a knob of cheese previously crushed by a fork.
* Next, lay down a sun-dried tomato.
* Roll up and skewer.
* Keep the mini-skewers refrigerated (for a minimum of one hour) and serve chilled.
