* 1 flaky pastry
* 3.5 oz of chopped bacon
* 1 big onion
* 8.8 oz. of Morbier
* 4 eggs
* 3 Tbsp. of sour cream
* a pinch of salt and pepper

Methods/steps

* Stir the shredded onions and lardoons in a pan.
* Place the pastry in a pie plate
* Break the eggs and mix them with the sour cream, salt and pepper.
* Cut the Morbier into slices and add into the pastry, then add the shredded onions and bacon, and pour on top the egg mixture at the end.
* Place in the oven at 356°F for 30 minutes.
