    * 17.5 oz. of Morbier
    * 3 big onions
    * 5 pounds of potatoes
    * 10.5 oz. of smoked bacon
    * Pinch of salt, pepper and nutmeg

Methods/steps

    * Steam the potatoes, peel and dice them.
    * In a large skillet, stir the bacons and the shredded onions until golden brown.
      Add the diced potatoes and stir well and cook through for a few minutes.
    * Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Add the Morbier cut into slices at the last time.
    * Serve the Morbiflette as soon as the Morbier is melted
