Baguette and Roquefort Canapés

10.5 oz of Ile de France Roquefort
1 baguette
7 fl. oz of olive oil
1 bundle of chives

Methods/steps

Cut the baguette into ½ inch slices.

Cut the Roquefort into small pieces.

Spread a drop of olive oil over each slice of bread and toast 3 to 4 minutes in the oven.

Arrange a few pieces of Roquefort on each.

Melt 2 min on the grill.

At the same time, mince the chives.

When the cheese is melted, enhance the canapés with a few sprigs of minced chives.
