Garnish:
4 dill sprigs
Cut the Avocados in half.
Remove the pulp and add a squeeze of lemon. Mix.
Put the avocado flesh and Roquefort cheese in a blender.
Whisk the cream and gently incorporate it into the mixture. Adding pepper, thoroughly mix.
Place in glass containers.
Garnish each with a sprig of dill.
Serve immediately.
