Unroll the dough and place it on baking paper, in a pizza pan. Prick it a few times with a fork. Spread the tomato paste over dough. Chop the onion, fry and arrange on the tomato sauce. Add raw bacon. Alternatively, arrange slices of bacon and Ile de France goat cheese on the dough. Cover with cheese and dried herbs. After having preheated the oven at 400° F, bake for about 20 min.
Enjoy warm, with a green salad.
