*1 ½ cups flour
*1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
*1/4 teaspoon salt
*¼ cup grated Etorki or Comté cheese
*1 egg
*1 tbsp. milk
*2 slices prosciutto, cut into thin strips ground pepper

Methods/steps

Preheat oven to 390 ° F.

In a jar, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, pepper and Parmesan.

Add egg and milk. Mix well.

Stir in ham and pour the mixture into the muffin cups.

Bake on the middle rack of the oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
(Use a knifepoint to check readiness).

Immediately remove from muffin cups and eat hot!
