* 1 slice of sandwich bread
* 1-2 oz. Caprice des Dieux
* walnut halves
* 1 apple
* Lightly toast the slice of bread and cut into 4 triangles.
* Cut the Caprice des Dieux into very thin slices and lay cheese onto pieces of toast.
* Garnish with walnut half.
* Serve the toast with a whole washed apple or peel the apple, cut into quarters and remove the core.
