1. Cut the Raclette into slices.
2. Spread butter on slices of batch bread. Turn over the slices to have the buttered side on top.
3. Put Raclette and 2 slices of Viande des Grisons on 4 slices of batch bread. Add one soup spoon of crème fraîche on each sandwich; cover it with a slice of batch bread.
4. Heat your Croque-Monsieur press and cook your Croque-Raclette around 5 minutes.
5. Serve with a salad.
Variation: You can also do this Croque-Raclette with ham.
