Quality Brie Ile de France 6oz
Bacon lean, thin slices 8each
½ apple chopped
Oregano, thyme
Original Maple syrup 1 soup spoon

Methods/steps

1. Warm up the oven 425°F

2. Wrap the brie in the bacon, with the chopped apples, pinch of oregano, and thyme.

3. Add a spoon of maple syrup in zigzag

4. Put in a plate and bake 10mn in oven 325°F

5. Remove

6. A little tip to impress your guest; Flambé with calvados 2oz

7. Use French Baguette to eat with.
