* 1 Montagnard (7 oz)
* 1/2 cup light cream
* 1/2 cup milk
* 1/3 cup whole hazelnuts
* 2 Tbsp. butter
* Salt, pepper
* 1 1/2 cups flour
* 2/3 cup ground hazelnuts
* 1 packet baking powder
* 3 eggs
* Cut the Montagnard into small pieces and roll in flour.
* Mix the ground hazelnuts, baking powder, eggs and remaining flour.
* Season to taste. Add the cream and milk.
* Stir in whole nuts and pieces of Montagnard.
* Pour batter into a buttered cake pan.
* Bake 45 - 50 minutes at 350°. Serve warm.
