Preparation time 15 minutes + 10 min. refrigeration
* 1 small wheel of Pié d’Angloys cheese
* 12 sesame or poppy seed breadsticks
* 2 peaches
* 6 thin slices of ham
* Cut each ham slices into halves lengthwise. Wash and peel the peaches and cut into slices. Cut the Pié d’Angloys into large slices and then cut each slice into three pieces.
* Place a slice of peach and a slice of Pié d’Angloys at one end of each breadstick and wrap with a piece of ham.
* Chill for 10 minutes before serving.
