Preparation time: 10 min
* 4 slices of whole wheat bread
* 1.8 oz. of Pié d’Angloys cheese
* 1 pear
* a dozen hazelnuts
Peal and core the pear, then slice up finely. Distribute the pear slices on the bread, add slices of the cheese, and roughly chopped hazelnuts.
Enjoy with a glass white wine!
