* 5.3 oz of Saint Agur
* 4 endives
* 10 radishes
* 1.05 oz full nuts

Methods/steps

Remove the core of the endives and separate the leaves. Put a little St Agur cheese at the end of each leaf and place them on a serving platter.

Thinly slice the radishes and place each slice on top of the St. Agur. Crush the nuts and sprinkle over entire platter.
