It's got the crunchy texture of almonds, the rich taste of brie, and the sweet, gooey goodness of preserves.
At a glance
* 8 oz. Ile de France Brie, room temperature
* 1/4 cup dried fig or apricot preserves
* 1 Tbsp. sliced almonds, toasted
Spread preserves over cheese. Sprinkle with almonds. Serve with a variety of buttery and hearty crackers.
