* 4 slices of 7-multigrain bread
* 2 oz of Suprême cheese
* 1 small pear
* 10 hazelnuts

Methods/steps

* Peel and core the pear, and cut it into thin strips.
* Roughly chop the hazelnuts.
* Spread the strips of pear onto the bread slices.
* Cut the Suprême cheese into slices.
* Lay them over the pears. Sprinkle with the shards of hazelnut.

Additional Tips

Serve with a yellow wine from the Jura region
