* 1 4 oz. package Ile de France La Buchette goat cheese
* 2 Tbsp. quince paste
* 2 Tbsp. toasted sliced almonds
* Ground cinnamon
* Six slices toasted raisin bread squares
Dip a knife in hot water and slice the goat cheese into six equal rounds. Place one round on each piece of toasted bread, and top with about 1 tsp. of quince paste. Sprinkle with toasted almonds and dust with cinnamon.
You can use any sweet bread or crackers you like for this recipe. Try Brioche, date bread or a crispy flatbread.
