Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Place about 1 heaping teaspoon or more of the mixture in the middle of the wonton wrapper.
Dip fingertip in water and brush around the edges of the wrapper. Fold wrapper over to make a triangular shape; press edges together so air does not get in during frying.
Fry in oil until golden brown. Remove from oil and place on paper towel to drain and cool.
