Defrost 4-6 tart pastries.
Preheat oven to 350F. Place tart pastries pieces on pan. Brush pastries with beaten egg.
Insert the pieces into oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until tart pastries are golden brown.
Take golden brown tart pastries out and let them cool for 10 minutes.
Add pieces of Ile de France Goat Cheese with heirloom tomatoes and herb leaves (amount is subject to taste)
