½ Ile de France Camembert
24 fresh shrimp
1 peeled mango
2 tsp. of curry
4 tbsp. of coconut milk
1 green lemon
1 tbsp. of freshly cut coriander

Methods/steps

Peel the mango and shrimp. Cut the mango, shrimp and Ile de France Camembert into small pieces.

Verrine Filling: mix the shrimp, Camembert, mango and coconut milk. Add the juice of the lemon. Sprinkle the curry and coriander. Fill the verrine glasses.

Additional Tips

TIP: As a variation, replace the shrimp with fried chicken strips.
