Peel the mango and shrimp. Cut the mango, shrimp and Ile de France Camembert into small pieces.
Verrine Filling: mix the shrimp, Camembert, mango and coconut milk. Add the juice of the lemon. Sprinkle the curry and coriander. Fill the verrine glasses.
TIP: As a variation, replace the shrimp with fried chicken strips.
