Tuna Quiche with Ile de France Goat Cheese & Tomato

At a glance
1 pastry sheet
3 belle tomatoes
1 can of tuna
1 log of Ile de France Goat Cheese
1 tablespoon of mustard
3 eggs
3 tablespoons of crème fraîche
A half glass of milk
Salt, pepper


Preheat oven to 400°F.

Spread a fine line of mustard at the far end of the pastry.

Cut the tomatoes in circles and arrange them on the pastry. Add slices of Ile de France Goat Cheese.

Sprinkle the tuna over the tomatoes and Goat Cheese.

In a salad bowl, mix the eggs, cream milk, salt and pepper.

Pour this preparation into the baking dish.

Bake for 30 min. in the oven.
