Place the peas, carrot, radish, onion, thyme, zest, pepper and goat cheese in a small mixing bowl. Sprinkle the gelatin over the broth in a small microwavable dish; let soften 1-2 minutes then microwave 10 seconds on High or till the gelatin dissolves. Add the lemon juice then lightly stir into the mixed vegetables and cheese mixture. Pour into a shallow tray and refrigerate till the mixture sets up. At serving time divide the gelee among 4 wide mouth champagne glasses, sprinkle on the paprika and serve.
