5 Slices of turkey or chicken
13 oz. Ile de France Brie
2 Jars of Mascarpone
Lasagna sheets (uncooked)
Paprika, cumin and 4 spices
Oil or butter
Cut the slices of turkey or chicken into cubes and cook in a frying pan.
Add 1 1/2 jars of mascarpone, a tablespoon of paprika, a teaspoon of cumin and half a teaspoon of 4 Spices. Stir and remove from heat.
Precook the lasagna sheets in boiling water for 3 min., ensuring that they are well separated or they will stick together.
Cut the Ile de France Brie into slices.
In a rectangular baking dish, place a lasagna sheet, layer with the mascarpone mix, and the slices of Brie.
Continue layering with the lasagna sheets, slices of Brie and mascarpone.
Bake at 400° F for 20 to 25 min.
