1 onion
1lb spinach
1can of tomato sauce
1 Kielbasa
7 oz Ile de France Roquefort
14 oz mushrooms
1 tbs parsley
Salt, pepper
7 oz grated emmental
8 pasta sheets

Methods/steps

Cook the mushrooms and parsley in butter for 5 minutes.
Cook the spinach for 5 minutes in a separate pan.
Cook the onion and tomato sauce. Add ½ tbs sugar.
Slice the kielbasa.
Lay down a lasagna sheet. Add spinach, cheese, mushrooms, kielbasa, and tomato sauce.
Cover with a lasagna sheet and grated emmental.
Cook in the oven at 350°F for 30 minutes.
