This mouthwatering recipe is the marriage of sweet, nutty winter squash and buttery, unctuous St. André® cheese. All of the winter flavors are represented here in one simple dish: from the sweet and tart fruits and maple syrup, to the nutty rice, and finally, to the mild and rich St Andre. Silky, and a bit nutty, St Andre unites all the ingredients, making this a lovely, aromatic side dish.
