According
to the American Academy of Pediatrics, children
under 9 need between 500-800 milligrams of
calcium each day, while kids 9-18 need the
most – 1,300 milligrams – but
are least likely to get enough. Adding interesting
calcium-rich foods like Ile de France® Brie
or Goat cheese to soups, casseroles, sandwiches
and snacks can help increase calcium intake
in flavorful new ways.
