Spinach and tomato salads are commonplace, but when you add panko-coated melted goat cheese, the flavor is even better. To prepare these gourmet goat cheese delights, just dip slices of Ile de France goat cheese into egg wash and then coat with panko breadcrumbs. Lightly cover the slices with olive oil, and then cook by placing cheese on tin foil on the grill. Once slices of cheese are crispy, remove from heat and add to spinach and tomato salad. Drizzle balsamic vinegar over the top and you're ready to indulge!

Tangy Ile de France goat cheese, crispy bacon, and juicy tomatoes come together to make the ultimate grilled cheese. Cook bacon on the grill with aluminum foil or a baking sheet. Prepare your sandwich by layering slices of goat cheese, bacon, and tomatoes. Butter the outside of the bread and then place on the grill rack and press by placing a heavy pan on top. Once bread is crisped up, everything should be melted together.
