Goat Brie Brie made with Goat Cheese

The smooth, creaminess that's the hallmark of Ile de France imported cheeses, has long been a favorite of the cheese aficionados. Ile de France Le Brie de Chèvre - Ile de France Goat Brie - is no exception. Not only is our new Goat's Milk Brie extraordinarily creamy, but is also has the freshness and tanginess that are characteristic of Ile de France goat cheese.

the Charleston, SC COSTCO used to carry a pre-packaged single sliced brie, but they no longer do. This is a great product and I notice from a number of other comments that other people agree. Until they bring it back, where else can I buy it? In advance, thanks.

This is just a phenomenal cheese. Ever since the US passed the ridiculous pasteurization law that has left us with brie and Camembert like rubber gaskets I have searched high and low for a brie that ages correctly and reaches a reasonable degree of ripeness and softness. This is it. It has a bit of tang of goat and a bit of tang of properly ripened Brie. I like this cheese towards the end of its expiration date. Wonderful with Granny Smith & Golden Delicious apples as well as almost any pear. It is like going back in time to when cheesed were just starting to be imported in quantity in the US (day late 60's early seventies of so). It cannot be too highly recommended
